At Branded Toiletries Ltd, we aim to ensure all customers are satisfied with their purchases. This Refund Policy explains how returns and refunds are handled for both retail website orders and wholesale orders.

Branded Toiletries is a family-run business based in Romford, Essex, supplying branded beauty, personal care, and household products across the United Kingdom.

Retail Orders (Website Purchases)

Retail orders are purchases made directly through brandedtoiletries.com via the online checkout.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The product is unopened

  • The product is unused

  • The product is in resalable condition

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used.

Before returning any item, please contact our team so we can confirm the return.

Return Postage

Unless the item is faulty, the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage.

Returned items should be sent securely to ensure they arrive safely.

Refund Processing

Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

If returned goods are not in saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

You may be asked to provide photographic evidence of the issue.

If the product needs to be returned, we will reimburse the cost of return postage once proof of postage is provided.

Wholesale Orders (Trade Purchases)

Wholesale orders are arranged directly with our sales team and are not completed through the website checkout.

These orders may include bulk quantities, trade pricing, and custom delivery arrangements.

Wholesale Returns

Returns for wholesale orders are handled on a case-by-case basis and must be agreed directly with our sales team.

Due to the nature of bulk supply and trade agreements, change-of-mind returns may not always be accepted for wholesale orders.

Faulty Wholesale Goods

If any items received as part of a wholesale order are faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so the issue can be reviewed.

We may request:

  • Photographic evidence

  • Product details

  • Batch information where applicable

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement, credit, or refund depending on the circumstances.
